Data Removal CRM

Streamline the removal of personally identifiable information (PII) by plugging our easy implementation API into your app or website and all data removal requests will automatically appear in your Snippii dashboard. Automated responses emails will be sent to the requester from your domain letting them know their request was received. Once all required business steps are complete click the finalize button and the Snippii CRM will send a confirmation email from your domain to the requester.

Automated Follow-ups For Your Team

Once a request comes in your relevant team members will get an automated email notice there is a task to complete. We know your team are busy so if they can’t get to it right away they will receive follow-up emails weekly & then every 48 hours the final week before the regulatory deadline is due. This way you can rest assured that you will never miss a deadline and will always be compliant.

Automatically Wipe All Data

Once you decide that a persons request has been complete just hit the finalize button on their line and confirmation email will be sent from your domain to the customer through the Snippii CRM. Then Snippii will automatically permanently delete or de-identify all data held in the app.

Using our special Snippii process you will be able to verify if data removal requests were actioned and if your company emailed the requester. As we mentioned, Snippii automatically permanently deletes and de-identifies all data in the app, but our verification process allows you to enter an email, click search, and Snippii will tell you if that email completed the removal process and if a confirmation was sent to the requester. All that with no access at all to identifiable data. Giving you absolute peace of mind in case the requester or a regulatory body asks you for proof of your actions.
